Cancellation Policy
Hannah’s Beauty Academy – Cancellation Policy At Hannah’s Beauty Academy, we value your time and commitment. To ensure fairness to all students and to keep our courses running smoothly, we have the following cancellation policy: Notice Period Students must provide a minimum of 3 full days’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a course booking. Deposits A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your place on the course. The outstanding balance will be required 3 days before your training date. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel or reschedule with 3 or more full days’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking or refunded if necessary. If you cancel with less than 3 full days’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded. Non-Attendance Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit and may affect future bookings. Academy Rights Hannah’s Beauty Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, deposits will be transferred to a new date or refunded in full.
